Lost and Found

Did you forget something on one of our flights or at the airport? We make every effort to return items left on board our aircraft.

I lost something at the airport

If you left an item in a public area of the airport (e.g. washroom, restaurant or general boarding area), please advise the Lost and Found department at the appropriate airport.

If you left it in a dedicated Air Canada area of the airport (e.g. a Maple Leaf Lounge, the desk of a gate with permanent exclusive Air Canada signage), please complete our Lost Item Form.

Be sure to provide as many details as you can about the lost article, such as the brand, colour, size, serial number or distinguishing characteristics. For electronic devices, you may also want to provide login or password information.

Air Canada has partnered with Chargerback to manage our Lost and Found service. Once you've submitted your Lost Item Form, Chargerback will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number.

If we find your lost item, Chargerback will send you an email with simple instructions on how to retrieve it. We'll also get back to you if we are not able to find it.
