This error may occur because the POSClientConnectionManager service is not running in Windows Services.
Start or restart the service in Windows Services. Follow these steps:
The HostIP in the %PROGRAMDATA%\NCR\AdvancedStore\POS\Configuration\PosClientConnectionManager.xml file is incorrect. The HostIP value must point to the name or the IP address of the Enterprise Web Server .
Validate the HostIP in the %PROGRAMDATA%\NCR\AdvancedStore\POS\Configuration\PosClientConnectionManager.xml file with the correct name or IP address of the Enterprise Web Server .
